CUBA LIBRE RESTAURANT & RUM BAR
Cuba Libre serves artful presentations of contemporary and classic Cuban fare while immersing guests in the island’s architecture, music and art. The flavorful cuisine, moderate pricing and energetic atmosphere of this upscale casual dining concept appeal to diners of all ages across a wide socioeconomic and ethnic spectrum. Cuba Libre’s themed environment transports guests to Old Havana by recreating its buildings and courtyards, giving the restaurant strong destination appeal. Cuba Libre recognizes the importance of music and rhythm in Cuban culture, transforming after weekend dinners into a late-night Latin hot spot featuring DJs spinning a mix of Latin fusion, salsa, bachata and merengue, with live performers and dancing all night.
